David and I wanted to thank you for the superb job you did on our home remodel in 2017.  While we realize this is LONG overdue, no time is better than now as we are in the comfort of our home during this unprecedented time in the world.  When we recall back to 2017 during the remodeling, we found all materials and workmanship to be of the highest quality and time schedules were met as promised for the most part.  Both of you were most accommodating and extremely efficient in achieving all the action items.  We found you to be courteous, reliable and trustworthy.  You endeavored to protect our home always. 

Our dealings with you were extremely cordial and professional and we very much appreciated the attention to detail you demonstrated.  Throughout the project you made many excellent suggestions to assist us in decision-making and overcoming some of the obstacles that presented unexpectedly.  We truly appreciated all your help.  We continue and look forward to enthusiastically, and without reservation, recommending your company.

During this pandemic, we have found a greater comfort and joy in our home with our children.  It has been a place of love built on a foundation of faith within our walls.  As I sit and type this out, I know there is a rosary in the foundation that we placed with my children beneath me.  

We wish you and your loved ones much health and know that our family is so grateful to you both and your team.  While we have May in the books for dinner, your safety is very important to us so we will circle back but we foresee that it will be rescheduled.  We can’t wait to be able to hug and be together.  Be well and stay healthy.  We will touch base soon.

  In the midst of my search for a contractor to bring my home renovation to reality, a friend told me about the great experience she & her husband had had with Kane Cassidy, Olive Tree Construction. From my first meeting with Kane and his right-hand, LeiLani, I was impressed. They got right to work organizing walk-thrus with subs & pulling together estimates. Soon, we had an agreed upon scope (new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, electrical & upgrades throughout) and a corresponding budget; the work proceeded without a hitch. Kane and his team paid close attention to all the details; they were responsive to my questions & requests; and provided valuable guidance to me throughout the project.  "After interviewing several contractors to build our Provencal home, we chose Kane because he listened and was flexible in his approach to meet our more difficult design demands. We personally bought and shipped from France, 3 large containers of re-claimed old building materials, such as virgin oak beams to be used structurally, old roofing tiles, stone floors, doors, shutters, stone sinks, floor tiles and fountains. Our lot is small and he was able to work out building the house and finding room for all that came in the containers. Our house has a great deal of detail to bring out the old farmhouse style of the south of France, and Kane was able to capture our vision. He was very easy to work with, used quality workers who could follow our design requirements, and in the end we happily get to live in our ‘new/old’ French farmhouse. We would recommend Kane to anyone who is looking for an attentive and qualified builder who is fair with budget and construction timing.”
